Aire and calder Finance have teamed up with FLM Loans so that we can offer unsecured personal loans to people who have been refused credit elsewhere. We don't do credit scoring. Instead we believe that if you can find someone who trusts you enough to back up your loan payments, then we will trust you and lend you the money.

THE GUARANTOR

• Must be a UK homeowner or have an active UK Mortgage

 

• Minimum 23 years old

 

• Maximum 70 years old

 

• Be financially stable and reliable - we assess people on an individual basis at a personal level

 

• Earning a minimum of £800 a month from employment, benefits or a combination of the 2

 

• Have a good credit history - a personal caseworker will assess each guarantor individually and look at their repayment history to see how responsible and creditworthy they are. We do not look at credit scoring at all.

You can still apply for a loan whilst you think about who your Guarantor could be.
